I've been there and gone through assessments for finding the right career, the writing of resumes, being interviewed, networking, getting promotions and going back to work after trying retirement. I've done extensive graduate research in all areas of employment while pursing a master's degree.

MY BACKGROUND

My background includes Adjunct Faculty at the University of Idaho and Boise State University. Teaching classes in instructional design, career development successful career changing and corporate training. Plus, general Psychology and the Psychology of Learning and Motivation at Stevens-Henager College in Boise. I have a Bachelors degree in Organization Management from George Fox University, Master's degree in Education from the University of Idaho with supporting courses in human behavior/performance and a coaching diploma from Coach University. Plus, advanced graduate counseling courses from Northwest Nazarene University.

Also, belong to the Viktor Frankl Institute of Logotherapy (helping people find meaning in work and life), George Fox Toastmasters (past president), American Society of Training/Development, Christian Coaches Association, American Counseling Association and the Society of Human Resources Management.
